What is a REGO (Registration Number)?
REGO is the license plate or registration number assigned to a vehicle. If the VIN is not available, you can still get a full Car History Report using just the REGO.
Where can I find the VIN or REGO?
- VIN: Found on the car’s chassis, registration certificate, or service documents.
- REGO: Displayed on the number plate and vehicle documents.
If you’re viewing a car online, ask the seller for either the VIN or REGO.
